MODULE ZERO

Prework


We start off by introducing the Choose Better Thoughts Method, a simple four-step framework you can use to solve any problem in your life at any time.

We will also preview the suite of 16 self-coaching questions you will learn and practice throughout the program. These self-coaching questions will become second nature such that you will be able to apply them in real time for the rest of your life.

MODULE ONE

Establish a Foundation


In module one, we will learn how to use a cognitive model to create self-awareness. You will start to use this powerful tool immediately to manage your mind and solve your problems.

You will also set one priority goal for the program so that you can hold yourself accountable and celebrate your growth.

If you go no further in the course, you will be able to change your life with this tool.

MODULE TWO

Overcome Self-Doubt


In module two, we dive into the human brain. You will learn how and why to partner with your inner critic instead of trying to silence them.

You will find out how to efficiently question your limiting beliefs with curiosity and without judgment.

And you will have a concrete, research-based method for believing something new.

This isn't simply manifesting. This is leveraging neuroscience.

Feel Less Anxious


Module three is all about feelings. For many of my clients, getting in tune with what is going on in their bodies in terms of feelings can be new and uncomfortable.

We will learn a concrete strategy to process feelings and identify clean pain (that must be processed in your body) vs. dirty pain (that can be unbelieved in your mind).

By the end of this module, you will know what to do with any feeling you're experiencing.

You will become a more conscious leader at work and at home, and you will take back emotional control that you have been (subconsciously) outsourcing to others.

 

MODULE FOUR

Get More Done


In module four, we will investigate what is at the root of YOUR specific procrastination habits.

We will also learn why the human brain is most powerful when it plans ahead and how you can leverage your subconscious mind to get things done with ease.

You will be able to layer these brain hacks to improve any time management system that you're currently using. 

Two strategies in particular will surprise you with how effective and easy they are.
